These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Discord bot AutoMod+ ("the Bot"). By adding the Bot to a server or using its features, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

The Bot provides moderation and security features for Discord servers, including automated filters, a ban system, logging, and a management dashboard. Features are provided as-is and may change over time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Bot to break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the Bot or its infrastructure.
Use the Bot for harassment, illegal activity, or to harm others.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Bot, its dashboard, or its data.

Server administrators are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used on their servers.

3. No warranty

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Bot, including loss of data or server disruption.

5. Availability

We do not guarantee any specific uptime. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, Discord outages, or other factors. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is processed and your rights under the GDPR.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Bot for any server or user that violates these Terms or abuses the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
